The largest and very Darger inspired so far, this kewpie kinetic mobile is hand carved and painted with gouache, acrylic, and UV coated* on poplar wood with a crystal sun-catcher pulley. It is also blacklight/plant light sensitive, with glow in the dark eyes, and wings will flap for about 7 rotations when engaged by the pulley, or in a breeze near an open window.

Wingspan is 14 inches. Total length with suspension chain and pulley is 45 inches.

*While this mobile has been varnished with a satin uv coating, and can be placed near a window to create prism rainbow effect, It is not recommended to place it outdoors or near a window that get direct light MOST of the day on the painted parts of the wood, for longevity sake of the neon colors. For instance I hang mine from the ceiling just above the window so the crystal gets most of the light.
