This Kewpie kinetic mobile is hand carved and painted with gouache, acrylic, and is UV coated* on poplar wood with a crystal sun-catcher pulley. It is also blacklight/plant light sensitive. The wings will flap when engaged by the pulley, or in a breeze near an open window.**

Wingspan is 10 inches. Total length with suspension chain and pulley is 26 inches.

*While this mobile has been varnished with a satin uv coating, and can be placed near a window to create prism rainbow effect, It is not recommended to place it outdoors or near a window that get direct light MOST of the day on the painted parts of the wood, for longevity sake of the neon colors. For instance I hang mine from the ceiling just above the window so the crystal gets most of the light.

**The price for this one is discounted a bit because it doesn’t “flap” on its own quite as long as the others. I cant figure out why, but it looks just as cool, and is still deserving of your love.
